Studio owners retain full ownership of their class descriptions, images, and any other content uploaded to the platform. By uploading content to Ananda, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and use that content within the platform for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload any content to the platform and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3. Student Content

Students retain ownership of their submitted profile information, including any content they choose to share on the platform. By submitting content, students grant Ananda a limited licence to display it within the platform in connection with their account and activities.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@ananda.app including the following information:

• (a) Description of the copyrighted work: a clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• (b) URL of the infringing content: the specific location (URL) of the material you claim is infringing
• (c) Your contact information: your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• (d) Statement of good faith: a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• (e) Your signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf

We will investigate all valid claims and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content.

5. Trademark

"Ananda" and the Ananda logo are trademarks of Ananda Studio Management. You may not use our name, logo, or any other trademark without our prior written permission. Any authorised use must be in accordance with our brand guidelines.
